The art pieces represented on our website are handmade.  Since all the art pieces are one-of-a-kind and not symmetrical, measurements vary, and sizes are approximated as close as possible to the piece depicted.  We endeavor to offer you the highest quality artwork and do our best to ensure that the photographs of our work resemble the art pieces as close as possible.  

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Each art piece is packed in layers of bubble wrap encased in heavy duty peanuts inside a heavy-duty carton.  We take great care to ensure that your art piece arrives safely.  In case of a shipment arriving damaged, please immediately take a photograph of the damaged shipping carton and the art piece inside of the carton and email within 7 days to Janinelouiseceramics.com.  We will offer a refund for pieces damaged in shipping.  Please ensure that we are shipping your order to a secure location.  We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.

All orders are shipped within 5 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in your confirmation.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Janine Louise Ceramics art pieces are fragile.  We do our best to ensure that you receive them as they were shipped.  Since they are not reproducible, we hope you understand that all sales are final, and returns cannot be accepted.  

CAUTION

Janine Louise Ceramics will break if dropped or banged against hard surfaces.

Janine Louise Ceramics art pieces are not intended to hold water or liquids.
